O is for OU!! We dedicated the whole O week to OU! It worked out perfect since Saturday was the first game! We had lots of fun! It started with a little OU breakfast prepared by MIMI!
YUM-O! She made these wonderful pancakes with red strawberries and white whip cream! Jack loved the whip cream!

We wore lots of red this week! This is a sweet pic of my 3 boys all holding hands walking into
Old Chicago Pizza ....
I read on the Duke's blog that there is face painting at Old Chicago on Tuesday nights so we thought we should try it out! She did a great job on this little tiger! Jack thought he looked pretty good! He totally got into character after his face was painted and we were laughing so hard! I said "Jack will you say the prayer..." His answer was..."Roar! thank you for the food! Roar!"
Sammy got a fancy football with flames coming off of it! He thought he was so big!
The boys made Oatmeal cookies one day with MiMi! Jack loves to cook with my mom and it looks like Sammy does too! They both know how to crack an egg better than I do! Jack let Sammy wear his chef's hat..we thought he looked pretty cute! The cookies were yummy too!
We went to the mall on Thursday for the Pottery Barn Kids Sing Along! The boys had lots of fun dancing and singing with Dino O'Dell! While we were there we got new game day shirts for the boys and dad and we had to go to the candy store and try some Peachie-O's!
At our house we call Saturdays during football season "THE DAY OF DAD" we bought him a new shirt to wear to the game! Here he is opening it!
The boys with Daddy in their OU shirts!
We decorated on Friday night with lots of fun OU and football decorations!
On Saturday night during the game I took the boys to my parent's house for an O dinner! My mom is so creative with her dinners! She made yummy Orange chicken, Okra, Potat-O's (she made little slices of potatoes and then cut circles in the middle to make them look like O's!) and she made orzo for the boys to try for the first time! They really liked it! After dinner the boys enjoyed some yummy orange sherbet. It was all very yummy!
Our memory verse for O week
Obey God because you are his children.
1 Peter 1:14
