L is for Lollipop!

We had lots of fun talking about the letter L!

We started last week with a lunch at Lottinville's!

One of our very favorite places! We went to celebrate L day and have some YUMMY smores!

Sammy thought roasting the marshmallows was the best part!
We went to the library to get a library card and check out some books...we got lots of
letter books to look at since we are learning about letters...

On Saturday we had our sweet friend Ella over to play and we made some yummy lollipops!!
They are super easy and the kids thought they were very fun!

You just line a cookie sheet with foil...

place whatever kind of hard candy that you like in a cluster...

then place them in a 350* oven for 5-7 minutes or until they have all melted together...

take them out and slide a lollipop stick in...

we used lemonade flavor for some and fruit flavor for others...

We also went to our friends, the Tedesco's for lasagna one night,

talked about the letters that we have learned so far,

drank lemonade, talked about how mommy's name starts with an L

went to Louie's for lunch with MiMi and Poppy,

and learned the verse...
